   1. reduce → reuse (not only plastic, but using too much paper also pollutes the environment by cutting too many trees)
   2. ALWAYS recycle

      2. some people get confused when recycling, so usually end up throwing everything in the trash → posters near recycling bins to help remind where to put what

Why is it not being done?

1. lack of programs/services to enable recycling
2. not knowing how to participate in recycling programs
3. inconvenience of recycling
4. lack of trust in recycling programs
